Welcome to Nexus Skill Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in courses, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent before using our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

4. Course Enrollment and Payments

4.1 Enrollment: When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the applicable course fees. All fees are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

4.3 Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course
• Course cancellation by Nexus Skill Academy
• Duplicate payment errors

4.4 Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify course prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.

5. Scholarship Program

Our Nexus 99 Skill Scholarship provides free course access to eligible students. By applying for a scholarship, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your application
• Attend a minimum of 80% of classes
• Complete all assignments and assessments
• Comply with our code of conduct

Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and termination of scholarship benefits. Scholarships are awarded at our sole discretion and are non-transferable.

6. Course Access and Content

6.1 License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

6.2 Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Download videos or course content for offline distribution
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• Share your account credentials with others

6.3 Lifetime Access: Enrolled courses provide lifetime access to course materials, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify course content to keep it current and relevant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Nexus Skill Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall NOT:

• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or instructors
• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt our platform or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion. This certificate is for personal and professional use only and may be shared on platforms like LinkedIn.

Certificates do not constitute accreditation or professional licensure. Nexus Skill Academy certificates represent completion of our training programs but do not guarantee employment or professional certification.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranty: Our courses and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Educational Content: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any course content.

10.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Skill Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, authentication providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites or services.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform.

Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our platform or services
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under the rules of the Pakistan Arbitration Act.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
